Cynthia Silver is a realtor that has perfected her game. There is no other in my experience that is as knowledgeable, professional, or capable for maximum return on any given property. Her quality of service is an investment in its self. She is an asset to any real estate transaction and I would never use anyone else in the state of Nevada. And trust me, I'm not easy to please.

My broker selection was intuitive initially by seeing Cyndy's picture in the newspaper & the write-up on her qualifications. The deal was sealed after meeting her, hearing her explain her marketing plan for us & her credentials prior to being a Century 21 agent. She was intelligent in her details & confident (with humility). I believed in her & what she was saying & knew I could work with her. As it turned out, I was 100% correct.

Selling any property is hard work if done right by the seller & the agent. It must be a 2 way commitment. Cyndy was agreeable to any of my suggestions (such as no open houses) & it worked out well for both of us. It would be difficult to find anyone with the integrity, patience, & time to satisfy all the requests/demands of this type of work, than Cyndy.
